Scoop6 rolls despite Frankie Foursome

The Scoop6 went unclaimed for the third successive day at Royal Ascot as Frankie Dettori delivered a masterclass on his favourite course once again.

Despite Dettori riding home three of the first four winners of the bet, the 28/1 success of Biometric left just one ticket remaining going into the finale.

That was on Dettori’s mount, Questionare, but the Italian could not deliver the earlier magic of the afternoon as Ballydoyle dominated the lucky last with a 1-2-3. 

We head into Friday with a win fund worth £96,233 while the bonus fund has grown to £312,685, and with a couple of Aidan O’Brien trained hotpots amongst the six legs tomorrow, expect those pools to increase considerably.
