Bonus seeker in search of £215,000 windfall at Ascot
Last week’s £186,599.70 win fund went to one lucky ticket holder, who this week bids to secure a £215,000 Bonus fund. The Scoop6 Bonus leg is the 3.35pm at Ascot, a very tricky Grade 3 handicap hurdle where any number of the 16 declared to post could land the spoils.
Paisley Park is of course the star attraction of the day. Emma Lavelle’s champion stayer is a warm order to win the Grade 1 Marsh Hurdle, which represents Leg 2 of the Scoop6 pool.
The 2.40pm up at Haydock Park - Leg 3 of the pool - is also the Trifecta and Tote Swinger Rollover race.
Tote spokesman Kevin O’Malley said: “We wish good luck to the Bonus seeker, it will be no mean feat to pick the winner of a very open leg at 3.35pm.†O’Malley added: “The win fund opens again on Saturday having been won last week. Do note that our next Scoop6 pool will be on Boxing Day, with another in its usual Saturday spot on the 28th of December.â€
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to one and all, and best of luck over the Festive racing period.
